Philip S. DeSenze, D.D.S.

Dr. DeSenze received his pre-dental undergraduate B.S. and postgraduate D.D.S. degrees from Ohio State University.  A practicing dentist since 1986, Dr. DeSenze opened his current location in Pompano Beach in 1996, and specializes in general and cosmetic dental services.

National Dental Board Affiliation: Dr. DeSenze has just completed his third year as a National Dental Board Examiner with the CDCA. The CDCA (The Commission on Dental Competency Assessments) is the organization that that tests graduating Dental Students and Dental Hygiene students. Students must pass a rigorous clinical patient oriented exam to be granted a License to practice their profession when they graduate from their professional schools. Without this license they can not enter the public sector to provide Dental care to patients. Dr DeSenze and other CDCA examiners are actively present on the clinic floor to oversee and actually grade each student on their clinical performance. The students compile a grade based on different aspects with emphasis on quality of care, that grade then determines whether they are granted licensure to practice Dentistry.

Lyubomyr Branets, D.D.S.

Dr. Lyubomyr Branets is an accomplished and highly skilled dentist with a diverse educational background and a wealth of clinical and teaching experience. Driven by a passion for dentistry, Lyubomyr Branets embarked on his educational journey, culminating in a Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from New York University College of Dentistry in 2019. During his time at NYUCD, Dr. Branets has had experience in orofacial pain, honing his skills in the diagnosis and treatment of temporomandibular disorders (TMD), neuralgia, and other non-odontogenic pain disorders. He has performed trigger point injections and massages to relieve muscle tension, further showcasing his commitment to comprehensive patient care.

Working at DeSenze Dentistry, a private practice where he performs: composite restorations, fixed prosthesis, removable prosthesis, root canal therapy, extractions with ridge preservations, alveoloplasty, implant placement. His dedication and commitment to patient care is evident as he provides dental services on a full-time basis. Dr. Lyubomyr Branets isn’t just a practitioner; he’s also a dedicated educator. At Nova Southeastern University in Miami, Florida, he served as a Restorative Dental Sciences Adjunct Faculty member, imparting his knowledge and skills to first-year students in the simulation lab course. Additionally, Lyubomyr Branets worked with third year and fourth year students on the clinic floor, demonstrating his ability to bridge the gap between education and practice.
